The portal has a built-in quality verification system. As soon as a spot is uploaded, a quality report is generated indicating if everything is ok or if there are problems.
If the problem is the sound volume, just click Manual QC + OK. The spot will be sound corrected by GoFastWay.
GoFastWay has agreed with the channels to place blackframes at the beginning and end of a spot. That is why it is not advisable to upload spots with blackframes, as they will reach the channel or channels to which they were distributed with duplicated blackframes.
If the report says Spot with Error, the marked errors must be corrected and the corrected version uploaded.
