To the right of the central part, you will find these menus: Sharing, Distribution, Quality Control, Comments, Notifications. Sharing (not mandatory) allows other users, of the same or other entities, involved in the process to have access to the spot.
In Distribution is where the user chooses to what Channels the spot should be distributed.
In Quality Control, after uploading, you'll able to see if it's everything OK with the spot or if there's problems.
