When channels can't find the PUBID it could be because:
1. It was not distributed.
2. The spot's availability date is different from the date it was distributed. For example, if the PUBID was distributed on May 5th, but the availability date was changed to May 8th, the channels to which it was distributed will only be able to view it from that day onwards. However, the email that is sent to the channels with the information that that PUBID has been distributed is sent on May 5th.
3. Spot has a technical issue that hasn't been fixed.
Channels will also be able to check the availability date indicated in the email they received from Go Fast Way.
